Every agency claims results. Here's what you can check.

It was not built as a product and then sold. A refurbishment contractor in Surrey paid for one small tool — an overtime calculator — and kept asking "can it also do…". A year of real jobs later it runs their surveys, quotes, week sheets, job board, certificates and payroll. They are not named here because their business is theirs; the system's screens are walked through on The System.

The free teardown is generated by a system, then checked by a person. Counted from the files on 13 September 2026: 120 firms with a website have been torn down, 117 found something worth fixing, and 3 came back clean and were told so. A further 35 firms had no website the checks could verify, so nothing was written about them at all. Those last two groups are the ones worth noticing: a diagnostic that cannot say "you are fine" or "I could not check" is not a diagnostic, it is a sales letter.

Check it: ask for one on your own firm. If yours comes back clean, you'll be told so in writing, and that's the end of it unless you come back.

Besides the platform: a phone line built for a scaffolding contractor that answers, qualifies and books its calls. Websites designed, built and shipped for a scaffolding firm, an industrial blasting company, a landscaper and a village deli. Proposal and demo systems for roofing, flooring, lettings and property firms across Surrey and the South East. The smallest job ever billed here was a £500 overtime calculator — it grew into the 252-screen platform on The System because it kept working and the client kept asking. Different trades, same rule every time: the client gets something they can open, hold or log into, never a report about effort.

The findability build promises a sitemap, an indexable site, local business schema and titles that survive truncation. This site carries all of them — view the source of any page, or run the same checks we run on yours. If we won't do it to our own site, we shouldn't be paid to do it to anyone else's.

Fair question — you'd be moving part of your office onto software built and run by one person. So the answer goes in the agreement, not in reassurances: a weekly export of your own data, delivered to you and owned by you. A written runbook for the system, kept current. A named second developer or source-code escrow, so the code never has a single point of failure. A defined support window in writing. And an exit that leaves you holding your own data — because it was always yours.

Check it: ask for the continuity annex before you sign anything. If a software seller won't put this in writing, that tells you something too.
